Mr. Zvi Yemini
Chairman of the Board, Co-Founder
Mr. Yemini is a co-founder of Hydro-Industries. He also serves as the Chairman of Polymer Logistics, publicly traded in the London stock exchange, (www.polymerlogistics.com) a leader and pioneer in ‘One-Touch Retail Ready Packaging,’ providing reusable merchandising units to clients worldwide. Mr. Yemini was the chairman and co-founder of ZAG Industries Ltd. (”Zag”). Zag is a subsidiary of The Stanley Works, which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and is a producer of high quality products for the consumer and professional DIY market. Mr. Yemini holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Technion University and is a graduate of the Executive Management Program of Tel Aviv University. Winner of the 2001 Industrial Award, the 2000 Israel Export Award and the 1998 Kaplan Award, he brings his track record and 25 years of industry experience to the Company.
Ms.Tirza Florentin
Member of the Board
Tirza joined IGI as a General Partner in 2005. Prior to joining IGI, Tirza was a Partner of the Evergreen Harvest Secondary Funds. She joined Evergreen Partners in 1996 and has since held several managerial positions. Ms. Florentin was in charge of Evergreen’s private equity portfolio, served as the General Manager of the $65 million Peace Technology Fund and managed Evergreen Partners’ $68 million fund of funds. Prior to that, she held the position of Vice President of Evergreen Asset Management Ltd., a portfolio and mutual funds manager, and was Senior Portfolio Manager at Yahav Portfolio Management. She holds a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Business Economics from Tel Aviv University, and she is a graduate of the TGMP program at Harvard Business School.
Mr. Janowski Seffi
Member of the Board
Mr. Janowski was the CEO of ZAG Industries Ltd. (“Zag”), a subsidiary of The Stanley Works. Prior to that, Mr. Janowski was the CEO of the hardware division of Stanley Works.
Mr. Harvey Krueger
Member of the Board
Vice Chairman of Lehman Brothers, inc. A director of a number of American and Israeli public companies, he is a founder of the Renaissance Fund with investments in several Israeli companies. Mr. Krueger Harvey has been credited with essentially single-handedly opening the international capital markets to Israeli government as well as corporate securities and Israeli corporate equities and income securities.
