Mr. Boaz Roseman
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Boaz Roseman joined Hydro at the end of 2007. He has more than 10 years’ experience in the plastics industry, mainly in the US and European markets. Mr. Roseman holds a BA in Economics, Administration and Agriculture and an MBA in Business Administration, both of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Mr. Roseman’s vision is to lead Hydro to a new generation as a technology company that will focus on Hydro unique capabilities.

Mr. Ehud Nagler
Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Nagler is an expert mechanical engineer, innovator, with vast experience in RAFAEL, Israel’s Armament Development arm of the Ministry of Defense. Mr. Nagler is the founder of Hydro Industries and the inventor of its proprietary technology. Today he leads the hose reel R&D division of the company.

Mr.Oded Friedman
VP Business Development
Over 10 years of experience as marketing and business development director in international FMCG companies. Prior to Hydro-Industries he served as marketing director in L’ORẾL Paris, DANONE and NESTLẾ. Previously he was a senior consultant in an International management consulting firm. Mr. Friedman holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and an MBA degree, all from Tel-Aviv University. Mr. Friedman jointed Hydro-Industries in 2006.
